How did you find our website?

Reservation and Deposit Policy: To guarantee a reservation, a credit card deposit is charged when the reservation is made, in the following amounts:
For a reservation from one to six days, the deposit is equal to the first night's charges.
For a reservation of one to three weeks, the deposit is $100.
For a reservation longer than three weeks in length, the deposit is $300.
Cancellation Policy: To avoid forfeiture of your deposit, you must cancel your reservation at least as many days ahead of arrival as you have booked at Alpen Rose. (Example: If you book a reservation for 10 days you must cancel your reservation at least 10 days prior to your arrival date). A $15.00 cancellation fee is charged for cancellations made in accordance with this policy. Cancellations made after the deadline or no-shows will result in forfeiture of the total deposit.
Holiday weekends or special events may require a minimum length of stay and may have special deposit, cancellation requirements or rate changes
Rates are based on one RV, two people and one towed vehicle. There is a $4.50 per day charge for each additional person, vehicle or trailer. CHECK IN time is 1:00 PM.
